No NPCs at the map

Hi,

i´m missing npc over the whole map, what do I missing?

I added all cs-files to oxide/plugins and the cas_data.json to \oxide\data\CustomSpawns

Is there a spezial plugin missing?

Changed Status from Pending to Can't Reproduce

There are 66 NPCs on the map, tested on server and they are showing, I would suggest checking your plugins, maybe one is interfering with NPCs, just a guess. Contact me on Discord if you need further help. I did find one rouge NPC, a bandit one at the Mangroves, removed him and will update map later or tomorrow.
