Skinning epic loot

Is this plugion not  compatible with epic loot? When I reskin items sometimes the name defaults and I loose applied epic loot buffs. i tried setting the name change thing to false but it still breaks the gear sometimes

I want to change the skin but keep name exactly what it was before

I may have solved it! seems to be working ok now
