Entities picket up / destroyed still count

Hey,

if a player picks up or destroys an entity, it is still counted towards their limit - eg: if you have a limit of 2 for the BBQ grill and you put 2 down, but then destroy or pick up one, it does not let you place another because you already reached your limit.
