MySQL Error

I am getting the following errors while trying to connect to a MySQL database. My credentials and connection are working, as both plugins Player Ranks and Database Stats are working without issue. Using MySQL server 8.0.4 with native password authentication. 

The table "players" is created,but nothing is inserted. What am I overlooking?
