gsstartと打って　ゲームないで始まる5分前と告知されるけど　イベントがはじまらないのはなぜですか？

マップに普通のgas station しかないからだめなのですか？

それとも　なに乗り物になってないとはじまらないとかあるのでしょうか

イベント開始のメッセージが表示された場合、5分後に開始されるはずです。このイベントは、オクサムのガソリンスタンドの通常バージョンでのみ開催されます。応答メッセージが表示される場合は、おそらくモニュメントはそこに設置されており、イベントは開始されるはずです。5分経過してもイベントが開始しないという報告ですか？

イベント開始時にエラーが発生していないかご確認ください。通常、このメッセージが表示されれば、イベントは正常に実行されているはずです。マップ上に複数のガソリンスタンドがある場合、いずれかのスタンドでイベントが実行中ではないでしょうか？

If you are getting the message in response, then likely the monument is there and the event should start. Are you reporting that it does not actually start after the 5 minute timer?

Please review if there are any errors when the event should be launching. Generally that message appearing is confirmation that the event should be able to run. If you have multiple gas stations on the map are you sure it isn't running at one of them?

プラグイン「oxid/plugins/en/GasStationEvent」を読み込めませんでした（そのファイル名のプラグインが見つかりません）

これはどうやって解決すればいいんですか

rust/oxide/plugins/  

のところに　gasstationevent.cs　があるだけじゃだめなんですか？

データファイルをサーバーに移動する必要があります。 NpcSpawn もインストールする必要があります。
