Dont work Honeycomb per Interval and damage

Hi

The minimum and maximum rates in the interval do not work. I create an interval from 10 to 12, but every time I get 1, even  of the first level doesn't help.
Bees cause damage to the player, although this is disabled in the settings.

how do I solve this problem?
