Can you make it where we can blacklist item's in the config?

For what purpose?

This way players can't recycle specific iteam's and abuse the recyclers.

Do you have a plugin that prevents them from recycling these items in a regular recycler?

I run a PVP server so i would prefer to restrict only personal recyclers vs. all recyclers across the server.
