I just checked - They should be added automatically.

I'm seeing Panther, Tiger and Crocodile.
Are there more?

I see them all except for the snake (SnakeHazard)

I fired up a Jungle map today and made the changes needed for the new animals, trees, and npc.

I'll update fairly soon, after I'm sure I've got everything.
