/nr not working

Hello, my players are reporting that even though they are typing /nr, the no recoil is staying on. Figured Id report it.

I logged into the server and tried myself, and the same happened to me. Im holding an AK, I type /nr, and I still have no recoil. This issue has to be relatively new, or the players are just now figuring it out, as I am just now hearing about it.
