Copter Npc spawns 2 copter

i tried everything, i spawn npc once, not twitce, but i see 2 npcs spawning. in same place. 

when i want to buy i talk to one of them, after buying spawns 2 heli.
im using carbonbtw

Open your talker spawns file in the datafile see how many npc ya added with the add command.

i opend it , there is only one, i spawned one, i also tried removing them manually from talker spawn file and reloading plugin, but it spawns 2 npc,, and if i talk to one of them it spawns 2 heli

npcs are inside each other so if it happens them to have difffrent clothing i can spot them on there, other than that they are in same xyz and cant spot them normany unless they move

also there is only one file in addon folder

and i have this only and only in vehicle thing, normal talking npcs are ok, vendors are ok
mybe its just something specificly to me, i can share my config file with you if you need it

i think i figured out the problem, when i spawn it with  " true "

it spawns 2 
when i spawn it without true
its all good without bug

true means its spawning it at a monument and if your monument has 2 monument labels overlapping then it will spawn it twice in the same spot..
