Server Description

How are you supposed to use this for convars that require quotes?

For example, I am trying to set the server description, but it doesn't work because of the nested quotes:

{
  "Commands To Execute": [
    "server.description "Test\n\nTest""
  ]
}

@Disney

just use this 
{
     "Commands To Execute":[
        server.description "Test\n\nTest"
    ]
}

you can't remove the quotes from the command (beginning and end) it throws an error
