Turrets unprotected

Ive been experiencing issues with players reporting their stuff is not being protected randomly. Everytime ive tested it was working. I just tried more testing after a server restart and discovered that Stuff like, Fences, Turrets are not being protected when they are supposed to be. Traps Enabled in config, players Protected(offline) and walls and doors have protection but not certain items. 

Hey! Would you able to give me a full list of the things you found that aren't protected? Also, if you could share your config settings that would be helpful as well.
