not working

can you please point me in the correct direction i have put the file in the carbon/plugins folder. 

Not sure what you mean by "not working" as you haven't given any useful information.

Load the plugin, set the permissions, use the commands to give players Heli Signal supply drops or issue them in shops using the name and skinID as you wish. Your default config will load with pre-set Easy, Medium, Hard and Elite profiles.

Once the players have the correct permissions, they can call helis.

hi sorry for the lack of information the plugin is not showing on my permissions. the file is in the carbon/plugin. 

sorry was me having a brain fart plugin is amazing
