Tank Skill Value per Buff

We reduced the Tank skill to 90%, but it is still showing as 100% protection.

It's because it's an IO buff. It doesn't scale. It's on or off.

Ok, thanks. How is this different from airbags btw?

DriverCollisionResistance is only resistant to Collision damage. It has no effect on rockets, bullets etc.
