[Feature Request] Add Support For LegacyPatrolHelicoper

I was wondering if you could add compatibility with this plugin?

My players hate chasing down helis to monuments and I use this plugin to cause them to basically crash in place like it use to be. 

This is already a feature within my plugin for helis called by then plugin, please check out the config for all available options.
