Server Panel 1.1.8 - not working

After I paste the 3 files in the carbon folder and try to run any of the 2 commands, no GUI shows up.
Please, how can I fix it or let me know If I did something wrong.

pay attention to the errors and warnings in the server console.

It says that I don't have permissions.

so you need to give the player permission.

Nice, but what the permission command exactly? I need to use oxide.grant user <name or steam id> <permission>, or how exactly?

restart the server, most likely you downloaded ServerPanelInstaller to the server first and then ServerPanel. the best thing to do is just restart the server

Just one last thing: Is there a platform where I can upload photos and use them as a link in the plugin?
I've tried Imgur or even posting photos on Discord and copying the link, but the photos never show up.
Do I need to restart the server? Or, if you can suggest another platform.
