How do you get to the Ferry Zip? Seems inaccessible... Also how do you do the blue card puzzle?

Hi, I am not sure which zipline you're referring to. About the blue keycard puzzle - if you're talking about the one on the decommissioned cargoship, the card reader should be on by default, without the need of a fuse. If it isn't, you probably don't have oxide and the rustedit.dll extension installed on your server

There is a zip line that runs from the roof of Ferry Terminal building to the decommissioned ship. There’s no way I can tell to get to it. 
I will double check about rust-edit being installed. Thank you. 

Here are some screenshots. There's no way to get up to the Zip line  (I no-clipped up to the roof but my players can't do that). Also I was able to fix the blue card puzzle thanks to your instructions.

I must've forgot to add a ladder somewhere, I'll update the map tommorow
