im not hearing any audio come from my link https://od.lk/s/NzBfMTk1MTU1NDlf/ThisShirt.mp4 it should be fine it has audio but for some reason ingame theres no audio.

Unfortunately, I can't do anything about this type of problem. I think it's a matter of the quality supported by the movie player in Rust.
