Issue with /bskin all

Hi, seems like the update from last night broke something with the plugin. Building new stuff with skins and manually applying them works fine, but /bskin all is not working properly.
When you use the command it takes ages to complete and even when it looks like its done, you still cant use the command again because it says its still in progress. The gui to change the skins through the TC also doesnt exist anymore. 

I got a error message that comes up when using /bskin all though:

FormatException: Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.
