Thank you for bringing this to my attention. It would seem that the Backpack plugin's backpack can be dropped by players. This backpack cannot be treated like other Rust dropped items.
Please let me know if you have any more issues by commenting on this support or making a new one.

Edit: To be clear, the backpacks are still being tracked and saved by DropStopper.
