XP Levels update and Error

Hello, I've come across 2 issues.

1) when I update the XP needed for each specific level, it doesn't retain the new numbers.  I've tried updating it on the config screen inside of Carbon and I've also updated the config file itself on the server..  Every time the new numbers are erased and the old numbers are placed back in.
Did I miss an option somewhere that says "set custom XP levels" or something?

2) I can't actually get into the config screen anymore as I now have a console error when I click on the plugin.

I realize 2 is probably not a plugin issue but more likely a framework issue, but I figured I would ask to make sure.
I've unloaded and reloaded the plugin a few times, and it functions for the players, but I can't access the config files.

How are you changing the xp values?

I changed the values on the configure GUI from inside Carbon, and then I also changed it directly in the cfg file (Lines 3759 - 3859)..
