Recycler buff issue with skill tree

Players are having an issue if they have a recycling buff on their items and they have the skill tree level in recycling it has a null effect. The recycler will go normal speed. Once item with perk is removed and you restart the recycler it will go intended speed. it seems like both Skill tree and Item perks modify the recycle tick rate independently without checking or combining each other's changes

Yeah it's based on how the recycler behavior works. Both cancel the default invoke of the recycler and attempt to start their own with overwritten settings.

There isn't a way around this unfortunately. You will either need to disable the recycling perk in ItemPerks or the skill in SkillTree.

ok no problem I have another question when i set the recyclerchance.5 for vip they stop getting any perks when recycling all together?
