In the past week or so, ever since forced wipe I believe, I have had 2 times where the restart has not happened. The timer never kicks off.

Maybe the restart was missed due to players online more than 14?

No matches for 'restart canceled'.

Wait for a new case (which I don't believe).
This message-log appears in the server console when the restart is skipped.
