The plugin is blocking the placement of ladders on other players' structures.
Players are complaining that they can't use ladders after a raid.
When the plugin is disabled, the issue disappears.

I have fixed this in the latest version, I have not incremented the version number.

This is not happening on my test server, seems to be specific to your server. 

Do you have rail topology on the rails?
