Recycler Permissions to start with is not working.

Hi, I configured the plugin to:

  "How many recyclers would you like players with permissions to start with?": 0,
  "Maximum recyclers that a player can deploy [0 = no limit]": 1,

But all users are still able to redeem a recycler with chat command /redeemrecyclers accept myself

"How many recyclers would you like players with permissions to start with?" If the value was above 0 when the sever wiped, then all players who existed in data would have been given an additional recycler if they had the personalrecycler.user permission.

Okay, so this means, with the next wipe everything will working correctly?

Make sure this is false too: "Allow for recycler credits to carry over across a map wipe?"
