It says in product description about a wipe block, but can't see one in the config file. How is this used?

Combat, raid, spawn and building block supported alongside with basic cooldowns and wipe block. "

There's data file called "ItemsWipeBlock", inside this file you can list items which you want to be excluded from sales on wipe.
