Subject: Issue with Medium Dungeon

Hi,

Several players are reporting that they are being kicked out of the game when using the entrance or exit of the medium dungeon, as shown in the attached image. Additionally, some players experience instant death immediately upon entering the dungeon.

Could you please investigate this issue?
