Plugin problem

Good day, after I already wrote to you and you stopped responding, I'm writing here. Your plugin did not create a configuration file for me as you said. I would really like to solve the problem because if a player uses a warp with a certain name as it is set, he will get a kick from the server for flyhack. I would really like to solve this problem.
