I have loaded the plug in and i can not see any drivers on the map. i unloaded and reloaded as well as did a reboot. 

What am I missing?

Hi! Are you using a custom map or procedural? Also, can i see your config file? Please try to enter trafficdrivers.debug command in console and check the output
