Hello,

I’m currently running InjuriesAndDiseases v1.3.2 on my Rust server (Carbon build).  
We are seeing the following error in the console:

Failed to call internal hook 'OnItemAction' on plugin 'InjuriesAndDiseases v1.3.2' [3403522973] (Object reference not set to an instance of an object)
   at void Oxide.Plugins.InjuriesAndDiseases.OnItemAction(Item item, string action, BasePlayer basePlayer) in D:/TCAFiles/Users/kentk/5128864/carbon/plugins/InjuriesAndDiseases.cs:line 1098
   at object Oxide.Plugins.InjuriesAndDiseases.InternalCallHook(uint hook, object[] args) in InjuriesAndDiseases.cs/Internal:line 312

This happens at the exact same time as an almost identical error in the XPerience plugin (see below).  
It seems the two plugins may be interacting with the same `OnItemAction` event.

Could you confirm whether this might be a conflict between InjuriesAndDiseases and XPerience, or if it’s an issue with one of the plugins individually?  
Any advice for troubleshooting or a possible fix would be greatly appreciated.

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

I was unable to reproduce this, but I did make changes to try and handle this issue. Please let me know if you are still seeing it.
