Cart despawning

The cart despawns shortly after arrival leaving the barrel and crate floating and a player reported the markers not being visible.

We changed the Train.decayingFor = 12000f to 0.
I first thought about the decayminutes but it's static.

We changed and tested this successfuilly.

Thank you for the report and feedback. We will test this on our end as well to make sure we get similar results and make any necessary adjustments.

If we do not have the same results it could be due to another plugin potentially but I find that less likely in this case. Thank you again for letting us know.
