request to add prompt

can you add a way for us to bring up a test box, for example if i select skin request it would bring up a test box that would ask for number (or what ever we added to it) and then once we enter number and would then send the command with the text we added? is this possible?   

also i wanted to add, quickmenu works great on carbon.
