An error occurs.

How should this be resolved?!

Hello, this error is produced when OnEntitySpawned is returned to OnEventServer and its entity is empty. 
I also noticed this error, it appears from time to time at server reboot, it is difficult to reproduce.

Can you tell me when it happens for you?  

I'll try to filter OnEntitySpawned further in an update, but I need more info.
