Issues with Harmony Mods

It seems that none of the plugins on my private server that use Harmony load properly. Though the console says the plugins load properly, it is as if they were not loaded in at all. Some of the plugins in question are BotReSpawn, RaidableBases, and SkillTree.

It's worth mentioning that they used to work up until today, but when I restarted my server, the issue arose...

Another update!

Swapped back to oxide to confirm if carbon was the issue and everything worked as intended. Definitely thinking the carbon-harmony bridge is creaky (though carbon warns about instability with harmony already so I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised).
