Feature request - long term vote

Hi there!

Thanks for this plugin, it's working great. I was wondering if you could add a feature to it though. Is it possible to add a poll that runs for multiple days? So also after the daily server reboot? I want to use this to get feedback from players. Like: we want to wipe bi-weekly instead of weekly, yes or no? It would be great if it can run for multiple days and a player can only vote once.

In addition, it would be nice if the discord webhook would be extended a bit for admin monitoring. For example a setting to receive a message for every vote with:

- The player who voted;

- What he voted;

- The current score, after said player voted.
