Loot left not showing

I got a small isue and might need your help.

Usually when you start a raid it tells you how much loot is left. At my wifes screen it shows perfectly fine but when I enter a raid it doesnt show at all. Thought it might be something with admin permissions  and looked up all files but didnt find anything. Now Im clueless - please help!

heya. no problem

type /rb ui

this toggles it on or off
