furnaces not working, roof loot

Hello, please help, the electric furnaces in the apartment building are not working - the switches on them are there and they work - when turned on, they light up green, but the furnaces do not work, the elevator is also in operation, but the furnaces do not. And another thing - the loot on the roof is too OP, is there a way to delete it? We can't delete it in the loot editor - that would delete the loot in all similar boxes. And the sedan outside, it keeps renewing - could it be deleted? Thanks in advance for your answer.

I'm going to take a look at the heaters because they work normally for me, but since there was an update, there may have been a problem. There was also an update to the prefab on March 11th. You can configure the loots normally, just explode the prefab and you can change almost everything, as well as remove the sedan or others. If I remove it myself, the other customers may not like it.
