Custom Button

I tried to click the custom button to make a custom button. All that does is tell me what a custom button does and how to do it. Which is the same as what it says on the description of the menu. It doesn't have the option to create a custom button.

That's right, this is an example of a custom button and it says so. It was never stated anywhere that the creation of buttons is done through the UI, all custom buttons are created and configured in the config.
