Hello! Why is the status not updating? it only updates when I restart the plugin

Because when you make changes in the configuration file, you need to reload the plugin so that it accepts the new operating parameters. This is how all plugins work.

if this parameter is enabled, the plugin works on the principle of editing the last notification, if this parameter is disabled, the plugin works on the principle of creating a new notification each time
