Can't get map to load

I'm using bisecthosting. does this map work with carbon? I uploaded the map file and put it in as levelurl "" and nothing it wont even load the server.

Hi, thank you for your purchase.
The map has been tested on oxide, but it should work perfectly on carbon,
do you have the latest version 1.1.1 of the map?,
have you installed the plugin included with the map?
Version 1.1.2 will be available soon, this version will include terrain corrections.
