Custom Portals

I am not able to use the portals not showing in the permission to use.

This plugin has been broken and neglected for quite some time and I have recently had the time to look at it. I have managed to restore this plugin to its working state but I am not sure what the policy or protocol here is on that.

if @Death could weigh in on that, I would be more than willing to share the fix though at this point with the project being abandoned, I would think it should be offered up for free now if the fix is accepted. That's my take on it anyway.
