Day/Night Cycle

Hello. Currently the day/night cycle does not change. I have it set to Start of day 5.5 and End of Day 23. I am want the night cycle to be shorter. However even with the settings it still gets dark/bright at the default rust times. Am I doing something wrong? Please see screenshot.

Sorry i dont quite understand what you mean are you wanting to start the day at 5:30am and end the day at 11:30pm? to do that you have the times set correct but you need to enable the Auto Skip Night button at the top or if you want to allow your plays the option to skip or not thwn enable the Use Vote Command

also remember to press Apply to save the settings or when you close the settings will revert back

Oh ok. I thought it was a different setting. I thought I could set the day/night cycle without having to allow players to vote. I was just trying to shorten nights and have longer days. Maybe a suggestion then to have that option separate from having to vote by players.

Thanks for the suggestion ill keep that in mind i never thought about altering the day/night lengths.
