This looks like an error when HarborEvent might be launching, do you know if that is correct?  Looks specifically like it is referencing spawning the Cargo Scientists in the section of the error I see here.

Let me know if a fresh Harbor config fixes that.

Do you have any error when Sputnik doesn't spawn? That would be better placed in the events they are for since some of these belong to different developers though they are on the same team.

Share any errors you have there but might be something similar, also check current versions of everything.

I have no idea what this is in reference to. Please create your own new ticket when you have an issue, or you can jump in the Mad Mapper Discord and create a ticket there.
