As title suggests, I've tried relinking multiple times as well as rejoining. Nothing has worked thus far. Any suggestions on how to move forward? I'm simply getting "No plugins found for that query" when I query for owned plugins.

We had the same issue and it turns out that this actually isn't supported/doesn't work currently. However, they are working on it, and from what we heard, they will be adding this feature once they finalise their update of that tab.
