Hello!

I would like to report a problem that players from my server reported me for long.
Rockets and strafe rockets are not hitting the target but the zone where the heli signal goes in the floor. So players just through the signal and walk to opposite site and the rockets/strafe rockets hit exactly where the signal went.

It was working last wipes, this wipe it started to do that without edited anything in config.
