notify bug

spoke to the boss monster plugin dev about this, and he asked me to speak to you, so basically i use a few plugins that work with notify and it works fine with the colored text etc, but for my boss monster plugin it doesn't work, only in chat. Could you help?

You possibly didn't give permission to the players

Which permissions are we talking? I give everyone perms apart from the all players permission

permissions you might have set in the plugin configuration. Or the "notify.see" permission.
