Limit reached to early

I cant place the whole limit.

In my case i have 4 planters limited and i only can place 3.

On the fourth if i try to set it, the counter goes to 4/4 but blocked the last one i could set.

Changed Status from Pending to Fixed

Changed Fixed In to 1.1.5

I am still having this issue in version 1.1.5.

I have players hitting limits without placing the actual number of items.
