No estoy seguro de qué quieres decir con los NPCs en ambas estaciones de servicio.

¿Has instalado los complementos? El mini muelle tiene su propio complemento que hace que funcione.

Quería preguntar si el mapa está optimizado,porque tengo mucho bajón de fps en muchas zonas.

I have fixed everything and the bugs that you are talking about related to the cargo ship is because you've not installed the plug-ins. I also see that you said you can't find the plug-ins. There is a link in your zip folder to access the plug-ins as far as optimisation goes Yes it's very optimised
