2.Does the plugin work in such a way that a player has to plant something, and then it automatically ends up in the chest with the percentage?

1)Did you enable this feature in plugin config? Did you enable this feature for your in plugin menu?
2)No, tax work only for collectible resources like wood/stone, gathering resources like metal/stone/sulfur rocks and corpses and for wild plant like mushrooms.
