i did everything and it doesnt show in the rust server list

Make sure that you have opened all ports correctly.

Show me please your Open Ports.

I just found it I had to put empty but when I try to join it it keeps saying disconnected

Show me your Open Ports, not the Used Ports in the Tool.

You also need to open your ports in your router, you can find out how to do this via Google.
